The Startracks Compact Rotary Seat Lift is a chair lift engineered for durability and ease of use and to eliminate the need for widening the RV door. The assembly is installed within the interior of the RV next to the entrance door. The user sits upon the lift chair, depresses the hand-held control button, rises gently on the vertical lift tube, and swings the chair through the door opening into the interior of the RV. The simple hinged design of the swing arm allows the durable aluminum chair to turn in for easy loading. In detail, our unique patent-pending heavy-duty lift mechanism is contained within a revolutionary 2" x 2" lift channel. In one containment, the lift functions by way of an linear actuator with a high efficiency ball screw mechanism. A bracket slides parallel to the ball screw, securing to a ball screw and an object to be lifted, namely the seat with occupant. The hardened steel construction is not only exceptionally sturdy, but typically easy to conceal within a door frames' cover trim or adjacent panels. The assembly may be mounted on either side of the door frame. The 12 VDC motor that powers the mechanism easily adapts to your vehicles electrical system, not requiring a convertor as some lifts demand.
